Back story: Jessica's parents passed away on Oct 20th, shes been looking for new parents for a long time, until she stumbled upon Halloween Town (from The Nightmare Before Christmas). When Jess first arrived at the town, she saw the Pumpkin King, Jack Skellington. She walked up to him very shyly but bravely, Jack looked down at Jess and said "Hello there little one, what's your name?". Jess thought for a second and she said to the King, "M-My name is Jessica...". Jessica then told Jack that her parents passed away on the 20th of Oct, Jack was stunned that little Jess's parents passed on Oct. Jess then asked Jack if he could be her Father, Jack thought for a moment and said, "Of coarse". Little Jessica was so happy that he agreed to be her Father and thus Jessica became a Pumpkin Princess.
